    Need to troubleshoot your internet package? Follow the steps below to get you back up and running!

    Speed Test

    Step One

    Make sure the WiFi is turned on in the device you are trying to use. Turn off your router for 5 minutes and turn it back on if that does not work please follow the step below. Take out your sim card for 5 minutes, out the back of the router and put back in.

    Step Two

    If you are still experiencing issues, please fill out the contact form below and an engineer can log in remotely to assist with your fault.

    Step Three

    If our engineer is unable to help while logged into your system remotely, you will need to book a time slot for an on-site visit.
